Can I use GO Health?

Where are you located?

Our head office is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, but we have representatives of GO Health in different provinces across Canada.

Where is your software used?

Right now, our the GO Health Clinic Management Software is used widely across Canada. We have over 300 clinics using GO Health in BC, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, and the Atlantic Provinces. We’ve worked hard on making sure it fits the regulations within each province!

How easy is it to get started with your system?

We provide full training to get you started. Training videos and our easy to follow Training Guide gets you up to speed quickly. We promise you’ll be scheduling appointments after the first day of training.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There are never any hidden charges.

Can I speak with a live Customer Service Rep?

Absolutely! We promise 24/7 customer support so you can get the answers you need by any means necessary. Just give our support staff a call or an email and we’ll make sure your problem is solved.

What device(s) does GO Health work on?

All of them! We’ve developed GO Health to run in a web browser and store all the information in our top-level security cloud servers. So Mac or PC, iPad or Andriod tablet, iPhone or Samsung; we run on everything.

Will GO Health go out of style?

Never! We use the most current technology. Our development gurus love what they do and are committed to providing continual improvements and an optimal online experience for clinic owners, practitioners, administrators, and clients.

How does GO Health protect client information?

All our servers are stored in secure facilities within Canada that are monitored 24/7. We use 256 bit SSL encryption to secure the connection between the user and our servers.

Currently we run multiple database servers in our primary and secondary facilities which all synchronize continuously. These servers are also backed up nightly to separate backup servers in two facilities. Business continuance is a requirement for our clients our data management is of the utmost importance. Each facility is securely managed and has only restricted access to registered staff. These facilities run redundant ISP, redundant power, and state of the art fire suppression and cooling systems.

In other words, the information stored within GO Health has a higher level of security than online banking.

GO Health can accommodate any type of clinic, from a one-person operation to Private Surgical Hospitals. We can also customize features to optimize your results.

A lot of our practitioners are very busy with work and family, how will GO Health interact with their hectic lifestyle?

Practitioners can access GO Health from any device, anywhere, anytime. All a practitioner needs is an Internet connection and they can access their account. Whether it be quickly checking their schedule, or updating a client profile, GO Health has the freedom your practitioners crave to be able to be sedentary or mobile.
